- Answering incoming calls, live chats, emails in English
- Responding to requests from potential clients via different channels like the company's website, email, phone
- Giving a detailed and comprehensive consultation to potential clients regarding the services being offered
- Recruiting potential clients into engaging the company's services
- Pushing the sales process from initial contact toward successful closure
- Active sales of services and development of long-term client relationships.
- Closing deals, client retention, effective handling of objections, and offering solutions.
- Professional communication with clients and maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Effective use of CRM systems for managing the client database, setting tasks, following up, and controlling sales progress.
- Fluent and proficient English (C2)
- Work is 100% in English language
